Jonna's Cottage -  sleeps 4 in two en-suite bedrooms

 

A comfortable traditional 2 storey cottage with a very light and open feel. All doors and woodwork left in a natural finish, the lounge is south facing with the private decking area benefiting from sunlight from morning to eve with a degree of privacy.
 

Ground floor: The kitchen is airy and open plan to the dining room. The lounge, with wood burning stove and Sky TV, offers double aspect views with patio doors leading to a decking area overlooking our private lochan.  There is also a shower room and sauna downstairs. 

 

 

 

Wester Lix Farmhouse - sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms

 

This is the original farmhouse for Wester Lix Farm dating back 200 years. This very spacious 2 bedroom stone cottage, recently fully refurbished, provides  a high level of comfort for 4.

The ground floor consists of a double aspect lounge with wood burning stove and Sky TV, a large dining room leading into a spacious kitchen plus a utility room with washing machine and freezer, and a downstairs wc.  Also a shower room and sauna downstairs. 

Upstairs there is an extremely spacious master double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a family bathroom. Additional beds or a cot can be made available for younger guests by arrangement.
