2 bedrooms are on the ground floor with a first floor double bedroom under the eaves.
The spacious fully fitted kitchen includes a large dining area and a bright inviting lounge with sofa bed and TV. In addition there are 2 shower rooms.
Outside is a sunny patio and parking space.

Inverness is renowned for its friendly population who ensure that all visitors enjoy the 'Highland Hospitality', for which the north of Scotland is famous.
There are many excellent restaurants to be found in the area and the owner would be delighted to advise you.
Within a short distance, you can enjoy many varied activities including hill walking, watersports, cycling and winter skiing. There are 4 major golf courses within 10 miles, along with some of the best salmon fishing in the world. And of course 'The Golf View' is next to the Loch Ness Golf Course in Inverness.
Historic sites nearby include Culloden Battlefield, Fort George, the castles of Cawdor, Brodie and Urquhart.
If however you prefer to relax and enjoy the glorious scenery, the owner can recommend some day trips that are guaranteed to take your breath away. Discover the sandy beaches of Nairn and the Moray coast, explore the lochs and hills of Glen Affric, or head for the rugged landscapes of the northern Highlands. Even the west coast and Isle of Skye can be visited on a day trip
